Revitalizing Cutters Point Coffee Co.

Upon entering the newly remodeled Cutters Point in Gig Harbor, you may feel that you have stepped foot into a cozy sail loft or warehouse from 100 years ago. Beautiful reclaimed wood and rusted tin create an authentic, warm and welcoming place to gather and socialize. And the look and feel of the space directly reflect what Cutters Point aims to do; make a difference in a warm and welcoming way by enriching the lives of those in the community through coffee and relationships. The decision to remodel and rebrand was largely driven by this mission as well as owner Brooke Payne's commitment to the community and coffee that he serves.

Aloha from Kona Coffee & Tea Company

The new  Kona Coffee & Tea Company is located just off the waterfront of Kailua Bay in the North Kona Districtof Hawaiʻi. Owner Malia Bolton wanted to grow her small but thriving coffee brand in an established area with higher traffic.  When Starbucks moved out of this location off of Queen Ka'ahumanu Hwy, she found just the opportunity she was looking for.

Contract Design Feature: Bob's Classic Restaurant & Distillery

Located just over the George Sellar bridge on the East Side of the Columbia River from Wenatchee, lies East Wenatchee, WA. There you will find the latest project partnership between Bargreen-Ellingson and the Kuske family. Owner Peter Kuske’s inspiration for Bob’s Classic Restaurant & Distillery comes from his father Bob Kuske’s love of nostalgia from bygone eras and simpler times. You can see this tribute infused throughout the decor and atmosphere of Bob’s Classic.

Contract Design Project Feature: Pacific Pizza & Brew

Pacific Pizza and Brew is a family style pizza parlor and pub located on Bend, Oregon’s SW side. Nestled in the pines of a newly developed shopping district, Pacific Pizza is not your typical family-style pizza experience. Their pies present as a cross between a classic New York style crust and Sicilian crust, but round. The edges of the crust are slightly raised and intermittently spotted, but not charred. The moderately chewy, pliant center can still fold and hold the weight of the toppings. Pies are topped with both gourmet and classic offerings highlighted by a bright tomato base.
